1 General Overview

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of ngpimc's website and related services. ngpimc is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

3 Account Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on ngpimc via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however identity verification may be required for large transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Terms

• Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party account is prohibited.
• If a bonus is active, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ngpimc offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. A time limit may apply for completing the wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used only once, unless stated otherwise.
• If bonus misuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• ngpimc reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Using the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

The ngpimc VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.6% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). You can advance to higher tiers progressively through regular gaming activity.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ngpimc believes in a Fair Play policy. The outcomes of all games are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures there are no predetermined results and every player has an equal chance.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet amounts, which are clearly stated in the game lobby. ngpimc reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a server outage, network issue, or any other technical fault, ngpimc will investigate the matter and attempt to provide a fair resolution. Bets affected by technical issues may be considered void.
